On the evening of July 23, the Grand Theatre of Urumqi Cultural Center was packed to capacity as the National Ballet of China presented its public outreach program Journey into the World of Ballet. A long-standing public art brand cultivated by the Company, Journey into the World of Ballet brings dancers’ daily training and rehearsals scene onto the stage. Combining live narration with on-stage demonstrations, the program makes the beauty of ballet accessible and tangible to all audience members.

The event was hosted by Wang Hao, Ballet Master of the National Ballet of China.
