Amid the festive spirit of the approaching Chinese New Year,  National Ballet of China presented its final two pre-festival performances of the original ballet A Dream of Red Mansions last weekend at Beijing Tianqiao Theater. The shows brought a successful close to the Year of the Snake while extending heartfelt New Year wishes to the audience.

The applause and cheers from the audience are the greatest reward for every artist and crew member, both onstage and behind the scenes, and serve as a continuous inspiration for every member of  National Ballet of China.
