On July 17, the National Ballet of China Symphony Orchestra, led by its Music Director and renowned conductor Zhang Yi, took the stage at the annual summer performance series Roam about the Classics of the National Centre for the Performing Arts. Joined by pianist Wan Jieni, the orchestra delivered a spectacular concert themed Commemorating the 120th Anniversary of Shostakovich’s Birth.
